Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition Services Consist of:

•  All federal and local forms for your bankruptcy district.
• Preliminary input of all schedules.
•  Client follow-up for clarification on any items that are missing from the client intake forms, and corrections of forms after final review from attorney.
• Preparation of any additional local forms if required.
• Preparation of any wage garnishment letters to employers.
• Certificate of Service for the Statement of Intention if requested.
• Final petitions can be sent to attorney in software format, PDF or filed electronically with the court.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petition Services Consist of:

• All federal and local forms for your bankruptcy district.
• Preliminary input of all schedules and Chapter 13 plan.
• Client follow-up for clarification on any items that are missing from the client intake forms, and corrections of forms after final review from attorney.
• Preparation of any additional local forms if requested.
