Download a set of Client Intake forms and fill out as completely as possible.

By facsimile or email you may submit the completed forms to Administrative Bankruptcy Associates (ABA) to ensure completeness of the first draft. 

We will follow up to attain any omitted information so that you may focus on other matters pertaining to your business.  By utilizing ABA services your client intake and interviewing  time will be cut in half.  Upon your approval, telephone interviews are performed with your clients to ensure all information is accurate and complete.  This is critical and guarantees a more precise and time effective filing, resulting in fewer revisions.

After the first draft is completed it will be sent via facsimile or email in PDF format to you for review.  If any changes are needed do so at this time and return the final draft to ABA. 

AT THIS TIME, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO CANCEL AND NO CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Upon completion of the final draft, we will have completed your Attorney Compensation Statement, which will include your law firm's name and bar number for your final review.  Also enclosed will be an invoice for our services.
